Who/What/Where/When
4th to 6th grades (I will consider advanced 3rd graders)
Student needs to be able to write multiple sentences at one sitting. Weekly homework is required for success in this class.
This class will learn the basics of how to research and organize a paragraph. They will write stories and reports with an emphasis on grammar and organization. We will also have some fun with literary devices.
Class meets at my home near Mardel (exact address will be given at registration)
Meets Wednesdays 12:00 -1:00pm
September 3 – May 6
Costs
- $35 a month (first month due upon registration/ doubles as non-refundable deposit)
- $5 registration/ materials fee
- I accept cash, check, and Venmo
- All deposits are non-refundable
Materials Required
- 1″ binder
- notebook paper
- one subject spiral notebook
- hole-punched folder to go in binder for holding homework
- pencils/pens
- ability to type and print each week
- ability to check Google Classroom weekly
