Who/What/Where/When
Middle School students who were in Stevenson last year
This class will work on choosing their own sources and choosing their own topics. They will take cite their sources. They will level up to 2 and 3 paragraphs while learning different paragraph forms. They will learn grammar, creative writing, a poetry form, and literary devices.
Class meets at my home
Tuesdays 2:00-3:00pm
August 25 – May 4
Costs
- $35 a month (first month due on or before May 31)
- $5 registration fee (to hold spot)
- I accept cash, check and Venmo
- All deposits are non-refundable
Materials Required
- 1″ binder
- hole-punched folder to go in binder for holding homework
- notebook paper in binder for taking notes and doing in-class assignments
- a small folder with brads filled with 30 sheets of notebook paper
- pencils/pens
- ability to type and print each week
- ability to check Google Classroom weekly
