Who/What/Where/When

6^th to 8^th grades

This class will learn the basics of how to research. They will write reports from one to three paragraphs long with an emphasis on excellent paragraphs, organization and style. Basic grammar, literary devices and creative writing will also be covered.

Class meets at my home near Mardel (exact address will be given at registration)

Weekly homework is required for success in this class

Wednesdays 2:00 -3:00pm

September 3 – May 6

Costs

$35 a month (first month due upon registration/doubles as non-refundable deposit)

$5 registration/ materials fee

1″ binder

hole-punched folder to go in binder for holding homework

notebook paper

one subject spiral notebook

pencils/pens

ability to type and print each week

ability to check Google Classroom weekly
