Who/What/Where/When
5th – 8th grades
This class will focus more on larger geographic regions instead of individual countries. We will discuss human cultures, flora, fauna, geographic and man-made landmarks. There will be mapping, videos, games, discussion, and group projects. This class will have minimal homework.
Class meets at my home near Mardel (exact address will be given at registration)
Meets Tuesdays 3:00 – 4:30pm
August 25 – May 4
Costs
- $35 a month (first month due upon registration/ doubles as non-refundable deposit)
- $5 registration/ materials fee
- I accept cash, check, and Venmo
- All deposits are non-refundable
Materials Required
- binder with paper for in-class activities
- colored pencils
- possibly an atlas (to be determined)
- a folder with brads
- a package of index cards
- ability to check Google Classroom weekly
